1. Natural and legal persons who create a membership or upload content by any means are referred to as "Members"; those who visit without membership are "Visitors".
2. Membership is personal; it may not be lent or transferred. The e-mail address provided at registration must be active and belong to the person registering; membership notices are based on this address.
3. Members must protect their username and password; the account holder is responsible for transactions made through the account.
4. Members may not share content that infringes others' copyright, trademark or other intellectual/industrial property rights without the right holder's permission. The uploader is responsible for infringements.
5. Members may not publish content that does not belong to them or that serves commercial/advertising purposes without permission. Management may restrict messaging to prevent unsolicited messages.
6. The Member agrees to compensate damage suffered by the Platform, its officers and employees due to breach of these terms. Management may terminate the membership without prior notice in case of breach.
7. The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. The existence of such links does not mean those sites are audited; Management is not responsible for the content of linked sites or for transactions carried out on them. Visitors are advised to review the terms and privacy policy of every site they visit.
8. Errors or interruptions may occur in the service due to technical issues. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, Management cannot be held liable for such interruptions.
9. Users accept that Management is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, deletions or network failures that may occur in communications between members.
10. The correspondence language in public areas of the Platform is Turkish or English. Members may correspond with each other in any language they choose. Management is not responsible for, and is not obliged to endorse, what members write.
11. Management reserves the right to take legal action where unsolicited commercial or advertising messages are sent to Platform users, where members are redirected to other sites for such purposes, or where interactive areas are used unlawfully or beyond authorization.
12. Management may unilaterally amend these terms by publishing them on the Platform; the new terms enter into force on the date of publication.
