The www.projekurdu.com website and the ProjeKurdu mobile applications (the "Platform") are operated by Smart Coders LLC ("Management"), located in Irvine, California, USA. Persons who upload content to the Platform are referred to as "Members"; those who only visit are "Users".

1. Under the hosting-provider regime of Law No. 5651, responsibility for content uploaded by members lies with the person who uploads it. All content must comply with the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye.

2. Content submissions may be recorded and matched with date, time and IP information.

3. Where content constitutes an offence, legal and criminal liability rests exclusively with the person who submitted it.

4. Content that does not infringe intellectual and industrial property rights may be uploaded. Where infringement is claimed or detected, the content may be removed by Management.

5. Where content is deleted following legal action, a technical issue or a complaint, the Member accepts that no claim may be raised against Management. Management reserves the right to remove content without stating a reason.

6. Links provided on the Platform do not mean the linked sites are audited; Management is not responsible for their content or for transactions carried out on them.

7. Personal data is processed and protected as described in the Privacy Policy & Personal Data Notice.

8. Management takes the technical and administrative measures required under Article 12 of the KVKK for the security of personal data. For damage caused by unlawful attacks by third parties without Management's fault, Management's liability is limited, subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law.

9. Management may unilaterally amend these legal notices by publishing them on the Platform; the new provisions enter into force on the date of publication.
