This site provides its services in accordance with all legislation in force in the Republic of Türkiye.

This site operates as a hosting provider as defined in Law No. 5651, under Hosting Provider Activity Certificate No. 3147. Under the relevant law, the Site Management has no obligation to monitor content for illegality. In line with the spirit of Law No. 5651, the Site has adopted the "notice and takedown" principle.

Right holders who claim that works subject to intellectual and/or industrial property rights are present on the Site unlawfully should notify the Site Management. Requests and complaints received in this regard are examined, and content that may constitute a legal violation is removed from the system.

Where a request is received from judicial authorities, the technical and/or personal data necessary to identify Members and Users who upload unlawful content will be provided to such authorities, within the framework of the law.
